Hi, I’m Helen Wallenda, a Change Manager who’s worked in a variety of industries, mostly, but not restricted to, large scale changes in different organisations.

I came into Change Management after a career in different roles, discovering that I was most suited to working in situations where we were looking how to work in future.

Learning about what works and what doesn’t work as an approach to implementing something new, I’ve found the most important aspect of working on changes is to be a team, focusing together on a joint objective with care and forgiveness at all times.

Taking different perspectives into account is fundamental, and unless you’re a team with different views and requirements, you’ll end up with something rather one-sided in one direction or another.
